How do I place an order with Valiant?
Call us at 1-800-347-2727 and press “503” for Customer Service, or email Sales@ValiantProducts.com. One of our Associates will help with your order or connect you with a Brand Specialist for more detailed guidance.
How are franchise brand submittals and approvals handled?
Every franchise brand has different requirements. Valiant will submit the required information to the Brand for approval on your behalf. This may include product specifications, samples, FF&E layouts, interior design drawings and/or other information. We work closely with major hotel brands to help get approvals quickly and smoothly.
What are typical lead times for Hotel FF&E?
Lead times depend on the product and production schedules. Stocked items may have lead times as short as 1-2 weeks. Some custom and made-to-order items usually take 6–8 weeks, but some can take 12–16 weeks. The lead times may be longer or shorter depending on how full the factory production schedules are. Let your Brand Specialist know your timeline so we can help select products that fit your schedule. We can also coordinate shipments to match installation needs (carpet and wall finishes before furniture, artwork and lighting after furniture, etc).
Is your furniture USA-Made?
Yes! We manufacture casegoods & window treatments right here in Denver, CO. In addition, we manufacture globally depending on your needs.
How early should I begin the FF&E selection process?
The earlier the better. There are many facets to a hotel renovation or new construction project, such as understanding the franchise brand requirements, budgeting, interior design (if required), product selection, FF&E layouts, franchise brand approvals (if required), financial arrangements, product lead times, installation timing and others depending on the nature of the project. Many times, all of these moving parts aren’t considered, causing issues that could have been prevented with an earlier start to the FF&E selection process. It is best to contact Valiant several months in advance so we can help you develop a plan that will fit your needs.
Does Valiant offer Project Management Services?
Yes. Coordination & timing of the various shipments and logistics to fit the needs of the project can be very challenging. Valiant helps keep schedules intact, ensures coordinated deliveries and keeps logistics cost-effective & efficient. Our Project Managers work hard to ensure the best possible results and keep you informed along the way with written Product Status Reports. And we do this at no extra cost.
How do I know if Valiant has the right products for my hotel?
Valiant has been serving the hospitality industry for over 60 years. Our products are specifically geared to meet the requirements of the hospitality industry, whether the hotel is independent or franchised. Does Valiant offer interior design services? If so, what are the fees?
Yes – Valiant has professional interior designers on staff. Some FF&E projects need only limited design support, which we provide at little or no extra cost along with your FF&E purchase. Other projects require more comprehensive interior design services. We tailor the approach to meet your needs and keep costs manageable alongside your FF&E purchase.
