At the start of a project, Valiant assigns a Project Manager with the express responsibility of becoming fully engaged with the project and managing its implementation from start to finish. Effective communication is the cornerstone to a successful project, and each Project Manager is dedicated to communication through managing the expediting of orders, providing detailed Project Status Reports, coordinating delivery schedules, arranging logistics, creatively solving problems, and responding immediately when anything changes from the plan. This constant communication creates enormous value and reduced risk for our clients while assigning accountability to us. From the Project Kickoff Meeting through to the final Project Recap, Valiant’s Project Manager is focused on doing whatever it takes to keep the project on track, keep the client informed, and meet the client’s objectives.
