Mr. Eframo joined Valiant in 2015. Prior to that, he had been in the Hospitality industry for some time, with over 11 years of experience in various hotels and resorts. Mr. Eframo has held several management positions in hospitality including customer service, sales and operations, culminating in a General Manager position for a major hotel management and development company. Most recently, he was involved in consulting for hotels. This exposure to all facets of hospitality has given Mr. Eframo a unique perspective related to the challenges hotel owners and managers face each day in their business, and enables him to help Valiant’s clients make the correct decisions when improving their properties.
