POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Cold-call and warm-call hotels and motels in a territory to identify the decision maker, what is being purchased next and when they are making the purchase.
Influence the sales process with aggressive qualification, product knowledge, diligent follow up, innovative solutions and superior closing skills.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, manage all aspects of a sales territory including time management, strategies, proposals, negotiations and maintaining a database.
Build a strong, thriving territory of both prospects and repeat customers that will generate a lucrative income opportunity.
Work effectively with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and a CRM database.
